The Dot

 This lesson is based on the book The Dot by Peter H Reynolds.

 In this lesson the children have four circles on separate pieces of paper.

 We used watercolours. The first dot had to be bold and bright. The second dot had to be so watery we could hardly see it. The third had to be a dot without painting a dot - negative space.

 Lastly, the children had to create something from their dot.
